Cycling has many truths.  One is that climbing speed is determined by a riders power/weight ratio.  There are only two ways to improve this ratio:get stronger or get lighter.  On August 14th, four friends took on a challenge to see who could lose 20 pounds the fastest.  I am one of them.  The following chart will be updated on a regular basis so that anyone interested (family and friends) can watch our progress.  In time a second chart will be added that shows a time line.
